Item brand new as described, unfortunately the bottom of the case was cracked in transit luckily no discs were harmed, good communication and follow up as I was offered a partial refund. If there is a way to offer paid shipping to ensure item is well packaged and is safer in transit that would be my only critical feedback. Overall happy customer, great seller! Thanks.
