Completely unreported urine smell that was so strong my child smelled it through the package and through a double bag which was a ziplock type, which means someone had hands on it. Seller claimed it went unnoticed. Offered me to return it for a full refund.. without covering the return shipping. I am going to attempt to restore with pre-treat urine and oxyclean, not happy.
