Was supposed to receive my package by yesterday (7/18) but it’s still not at USPS (even though the tracking number was created almost 10 days ago).     Printer was damaged prior to shipping, as it had been taped to try and minimize the damage. It also came without software or a manual. None of this was detailed in the item description. I also couldn’t reach the seller about trying to change the delivery address—and I never received a reply, even after the printer was shipped, to apologize for us not connecting. The only positive was that shipping was quick, and the printer was packaged well.
