I'm surprised to see this arrived broken as I wrapped this in bubble wrap, a layer of cardboard and tag board, and another layer of bubble wrap. It's wrapped in packed within USPS' insurance coverage. I will submit an insurance claim and issue a refund. We should be able to get this resolved
