Took over a half a month to receive package. Seller communication was limited and vague. Seller stated product was dropped off 0n 2/11/2024 and problem was at USPS. Several reviews stated they had the same issue. Product is made of particle board and was poorly packed. Every corner of unit had a ding. I will not recommend or purchase form this seller again. The only positive comment is device functions. No returns so it is what it is.

Seller cancelled sale claiming the buyer asked for cancellation. I never asked to cancel. In fact the day of cancellation I was about to ask seller as why so long to ship. This was after I had agreed to sellers best offer price.

The item did not ship when I ordered it, tracking showed it had a label but was not handed off to the shipper. The item arrived and the description said open box in one area and in another area of the description it showed no box but in excellent condition. It came in a box that was water stained and according to the box there should have been more parts with the head set. Item looks like it was a returned item and just sent back out. No returns and that' fine but I am very disappointed.
