After receiving my feedback on picture frame the seller offered me an immediate refund which I accepted along with their apology, I was quite shocked at this ( I don t usually leave bad reviews & wasn t expecting to hear back ) I do feel this product should be advertised differently though as it can be quite misleading but I do feel the company has done everything they can to right the situation
