First of all, the seller partially refunded this purchase. That being said, " if".... there were indeed 4 pull handles sent, obviously , little effort was made in packing these for shipment , sent in open unsealed envelope in small flat rate USPS box , only two pulls arrived . The seller advised after being contacted, that the box must have broke open and two pulls fell out in route. USPS was contacted , case # assigned..negative results. Most likely only two were sent. ?? very disappointed
