    My item arrived damaged and late. it was a major hassle working with the seller to get anything done as they do not accept returns. And the seller does not like to communicate. But finally after several communications and three calls to the eBay customer support, I got a partial refund, not even half of the price of the damaged cart. I think the seller is cheap. I feel he would have weaseled out a paying me had eBay non-stepped in. This was a $90 product. It is not a $90 quality.
