After unpacking it I discovered a small crack in the main plate, probably from shipping,but they offered a replacement. That seemed like a huge logistic hassle and they’d be out 2 belts which isn’t fair to them, so I accepted instead a partial refund. The customer service & communication was quick & professional. They were quick to collect the money, but not to ship product!
