This is a super nice coffee maker. Mainly purchased it because of the removable water reservoir which is a great feature that sets this apart from most coffee pots. Easy programming for timer setup. My wife loves the look and features.

Out of all of the Ninja products that I own, this is an absolute piece of garbage. It took 20 minutes to brew one pot of coffee. The small batch button doesn't work and this is on two of the exact same model that was bought. My Ninja Coffee Bar is the best. I sent this one back immediately and bought another one just to make sure that I didn't get a bad product to start with. Got the second one and it was trash as well. I pulled out my old Ninja Coffee Bar and put it back on my counter and am currently buying a brand new one. This specific pot is useless and is noisy. Don't even waste your money.

I have had other brands and they seemed to burn the coffee and ruin the taste, This one has performed well so far and my coffee tastes good.

Coffee comes out so good, perfect temperature. It is very easy to program, and is good at keeping warm after brewing is complete. Does take a while (15-20 minutes) to brew, but the end result is worth the wait.

This is the best coffee maker! Keeps the coffee piping hot and the brew is strong. Has great features and is easy to clean.

This machine makes excellent coffee, especially on the "rich" setting. I like the fact that the water reservoir is totally visible. It is removable for filling, but filling the reservoir is just as easy without removing it. Paper filters are far less messy than the permanent filter that comes with the coffee maker. Many people will find the brewing slower than other machines, but I can't see that as a drawback. Carafe is wonderfully drip-free.

Best coffee maker I've ever bought! I love having the reservoir on the side as it is much easier to access. The carafe is a very easy pour with no spillage. All the features on the control panel are very easy to use.Makes a great cup of coffee on the "rich" setting. All in all,it is well worth the money. No regrets here!

Makes great-tasting coffee, even in small batches, the latter being a very rare capability. It is better than the Cuisinart 3200 that it replaced. Although I generally use better coffee, I tried it with Publix decaf and the coffee was good. It is doing something right.

This is the best coffee pot that I have ever had. The pour is great because there is absolutely no spilling. Coffee makers I have owned over that past few years have been notorious for messy pours.

I love the removable water container, which you can fill to the desired line away from the machine to prevent unnecessary spills into the machine and the clear container is easy to wash under the sink. I have found that other coffee makers that you pour water into the machine, there is no easy way to clean the water compartment, which frequently becomes dirty with coffee, build up and scum. this machine has simple programming for rich or classic normal coffee and and 1-4 cups for correct brewing temps. The coffee temperature is perfectly hot, and you can program it to keep warm for 1-4 hours. The hot plate has a nice coating and doesn't wear off easily Like my Cuisinart. and the coffee is hotter.
