After I bought this card and others from PCB, they arrived in much worse condition (1-2 PSA grades or more) than the photos. I suspected the photos were doctored and reached out to PCB. They gave me a partial refund and said the photos were sent to them by the consignor. After I left a negative review to warn other buyers, PCB offered me a full refund and an additional card in exchange for this revision. They also assured me they will not be working with that consignor anymore. An OK outcome.
