Neutral. Item arrived broken. Not sure if it was already broken when shipped or if it happened during shipping. Seller advertised as "Never Opened, " and box was not opened, so we'll never know. Perhaps the tape on the box should have been cut open so item could have been inspected prior to shipping. That way at least it could have been packaged better so a delicate ignitor isn't floating around loose inside a box likely to break in shipping.
Other than that, thank you for the quick shipping.

SELLER packed well, shipped FAST and once we finally got the dryer lint screen it fit and worked perfectly.
Our local POST OFFICE received item but didn't notify us until we inquired after discovering it had been laying there for 4 days through tracking. Only after they initially told us it wasn't there and were rather hostile about it did they finally locate it and toss it across the counter to us.
USPS just doesnt care.
