The tube tester arrived in good time. One dial light bulb got broken in shipment, but that was like a $1 easy fix, not the seller's fault, not worth making a claim to the courier about, so not to worry on that.... The tester was sold as-is and did indeed need a bit of repair to the meter and on/off switch, but nothing too serious, and based on the pictures in the ad I did expect the meter to need some attention. I've already brought the tester back to life. So all is good and many thanks!
