Received just fine and on time. The sizes mentioned on the product are not US sizes. I ordered 3X, bust should be 56" but it wasn't. Bust measures at 26" x 2 = 52"; the shoulders measure at 21" x 2 = 42". It was way too small for me. More like a XL/XXL. Will wind up giving it away.

Jacket is warm but it's not like the photo used at all. "Padding" on shoulders is just a different color on the jacket. Wouldn't suggest buying.
