A super-useful tool to enable you to tell when your cooked fish is perfectly done
This is the tool you need (per a Michelin chef) to enable you to tell when the fish you are cooking is just perfectly cooked without getting dry. Just insert it into the middle, then remove it and touch the wire to your cheek. A warm wire means that your fish is perfectly cooked while still perfectly moist.

I have had this cake tester before but misplaced it. This is the reason for wanting another one. This cake tester is long enough to go all the way down in a very thick pound cake or fruit cake for which I was using one this time. It last a very long time,and I would recommend to anyone who needs a cake tester.
