USPS lost the package. This seller responded quickly to all messages and was as helpful as can be, even going to the post office and following up on the package. My local postmaster checked a photo of the label and found it to be perfect. Totally sucks to not ever get the package but this seller was great. You only get to see the real character of a person when things go wrong. Well, through no fault of the seller, things went wrong and this seller's character is strong and bright. five stars.

The package arrived on time and the circuit board was in my excellent condition, though it turned out the problem was not this board but rather a problem with the LED screen cables, which are not replaceable. It was not a huge deal though, due to the very low cost of the circuit board, I'm only out by $20.00, but it is now time to search for a new television. I would still like to thank the shipping department for such a timely delivery and the part being in such great condition.
