Please, I am not happy with this product, looks like has been manipulated, the container can easily be take it apart and the serum could be easily substitute with different product, looks like and feel like, is not the original Estee lauder, send it back back? Thanks.

Hi, I can guarantee the product has not been manipulated. This is the new 'sustainable design' of these products where the insert can be replaced as a refill purchase to save materials. If you google 'Estée Lauder Diamond Serum Refill' you will see.
