The condition of the box that was delivered says it all. One cup was chipped/broken. Perhaps a replacement of the cup is a solution since everything else was okay. I am rating the shipper 5 stars because the shipper did everything right. The shipper described the dishes point on and had excellent communication skills. I trust we will work this out.
