I have been selling on ebay for 18 years. why would I scam you for $13? it does not make sense. I refunded your money as soon as you said you had not received this item. I wish you had reached out to discuss this prior to giving me false and inflammatory feedback. We are not required to use ebay labels. This was a small item and i just threw on the appropriate amount of postage without tracking.
