    Light to carry and easy to use

    I have never had a decent camera before. As I will be going whale watching I was looking for a good camera and knew that Nikon was a good brand. My husband has had a Nikon many years ago and recommended I buy this one. I can now take the shots of my flowers up close and get a great result.

    Great value camera

    Amazing camera with a efficient and effective layout. Takes great pictures accross all scenes. It is a good first dslr camera body however is also more than capable of producing professional results. I would happily reccomend this camera to any of my friends.

    Pretty good value for an entry level camera

    Pretty good camera. Well performs in all situations. One thing to watch out for is the autofocus is not inside the camera, so if you want autofocus function, you should choose lens that have built-in autofocus motor. Overall it’s great. It’s the only DSLR within this price range that has 1080p60fps capability I think

    GPS

    Overall I am happy with the quality of the camera but am disappointed with the GPS facility on it was is not as accurate as my previous Sony Alpha65 camera in showing on the computer when required the exact position where the photo was taking for future reference with any real accuracy as I take photos of orchids a lot. The Sony on the other hand was accurate to within a meter or two.
