Not the best purchasing experience. Product description and photos were incorrect, resulting in the item purchased not being the correct size. Seller communication wasn't the best either; would answer my questions with what seemed like boilerplate copy-and-paste responses. Finally, instead of just accepting a return, pushed instead for a partial refund (we did finally agree on a suitable refund amount). Could have easily been prevented if listing was accurate and seller offered what was claimed.

ordered an item, still hasn't arrived (9 days later), the tracking says that it's in a city Less Than 60 miles from my location...this is not a good business model, plz use someone else for similar products

Took almost a month to receive. Once received a piece was broken due to inadequate packaging, very flimsy and no padding. Wanted to only give me an $8 refund when I paid $28.63 for item. After days of back and forth finally got my entire refund. Would not recommend. Total thumbs down.
