      Phone was advertised as open box. Meaning new unused item with compromised/damaged original package but all accesories. Mine came in generic mail package, no accesories but the charger and bricked, as when wiped after a hack attempt. It does look like an stolen item, yet sold as new.

      Good Platform

      This is a great phone and of course it has the best texting and email interface out there. My only complaint is it has an extremely sensitive keyboard and I get double letters a lot. This may be intrinsic to my particular phone though, YMMV. I am still getting used to the hub, not sure I like all my texts, emails, tweets, BBMs, etc. in one place yet, even though they can be filtered by function. Overall I gave it 4 stars out of 5

      Just Okay

      It looks fine, but still have some flaws. 1, the keyboard "o" seems like a touchpad. You don't even press it, the o will show up, if you press it, the o will become capital letter. 2, the battery doesn't work well, it depends on how you use it. I received this one like 3 hours ago, I updated the system, download some apps and made some settings. Now, it only have 15% left. 3, the usb port can't work which means I can't charge or connect to computer. Also there are a lot scratches around USB port. This is my first time to buy a used phone online. I am disappointed, but I don't wanna bother the seller. Besides, I take this phone as my backup. I may buy two spare batteries for this q10. I really like the design of this phone. I hope it can be better.

      Blackberry Q10

      My first Blackberry with a physical keyboard. I am finding that I can in fact type more accurately. Obviously I am accepting the smaller screen on this model and the limited app support for Blackberry 10 as trade offs, but they were not my priorities. the Blackberry Hub, strong security, and trying out a physical keyboard were, and I am happy with my Q10.

      Great phone

      Everything on the phone works great, it charges, was unlocked as promised and came very quickly. The only issue is that when I talk to someone their is some static on the callers end and on mine, but I really only use the texting so that is not a big issue for me.
