While inconvenient, it was resolved 100% by iRobot, so all good there. This was a refurbished unit so I wasn't surprised. As far as the unit, it works great! I am hooked on these now and am going to buy more for different levels of the house. It is simple and quiet and really makes the floor feel clean! Also, it's pretty small and the accessories are reasonably priced!

Transitions don't work either: Same issue. And if you have quarter round molding it rides up on the molding and then pulls away from the wall and misses large areas too.
