We had printed the label and had the order ready to go out the same day your refund request was sent and issued back to you. As for that reason we did not sent the order.

This trader has scruples and morals. There aren't many like them out there. I would certainly consider ordering from them again. The item is a good quality resin print in perfect condition, well packed in bubble wrap within shipping box, it looks great. Thank you.

Package arrived nearly a week later than advertised. however the team sent an email a soon as ordered to explain they have quite a few orders infront of mine and there would be a delay.
