Product Information

Paul (Jason Lee) is about to marry Karen (Selma Blair), by all accounts the perfect woman. Yet at his bachelor party, he finds himself smitten by a clumsy Tiki-girl, Becky (Julia Stiles), and wakes up hung over the next morning only to find her in his bed. Guilt-stricken by the situation, he would like to tell Karen what he did. The only problem is that he doesn't remember what happened. As Paul tries to find out the truth, the discovery that Becky is actually his fiancée's cousin is all the more shocking. And to make matters even worse, Becky's psychotic ex-boyfriend, Ray (Lochlyn Munro), is a crooked cop who is determined to get Paul out of Becky's life by any means necessary. Ultimately, Paul must decide whether to marry Karen and take the logical next step, or to take a cue from Becky and embrace his more spontaneous and creative side. This slightly quirky romantic comedy from director Chris Koch (SNOW DAY) features a healthy dose of slapstick from Lee, who is well-suited for the role. James Brolin appears as Karen's macho father, and Julie Hagerty plays Paul's mildly flaky mother.

    Exactly as described. Sounds wonderful! Great price! Quick replies. I was a little nervous when it came because there was no packing material. It was just a record and a record sized container. Fortunately, there was no damage even though it took four days just to get an hour from Lima, OH to Columbus, OH via tracking info. Lima is only an hour drive from Columbus. So just be aware that shipping may take longer than expected but it is DEFINITELY NOT the seller's fault!

    A New favorite

    Took a chance and saw this film on Amazon Prime. I do not as a rule watch romantic comedies, but laughed out loud several times during this film. The title put me off at first as I thought it would turn out to be another male bashing film that the movie industry loves so much. Yes, there are stock characters in smaller roles, but the principals in this are great, and the story to my delight is really engagaing. A mixup that turns out in the end good for all. Funny, good acting and if you are a romantic, pleasing. A nice film to watch with a special someone.

    This is a very funny movie - I loved it.

    This was a used DVD, and when I first tried to play it in the DVD player, it kept getting stuck, and was unplayable. However I realized that the disk was 2 sided, and when I tried the 2nd side it played properly.
