Makes 1 gallon of ice cream in 30 minutes.
An excellent ice cream maker. I have another one that was way more expensive and only made 2 and 1/2 pints at a time, where as this one makes 1 gallon. Ice Cream again!
Unit arrived quickly, and I unpacked the unit to check for functionality. Everything worked, but I noticed the wood outer covering was not quite as smooth as I thought I would like it. So I sanded to wood lightly and added a couple of coats of spar varnish to protect it somewhat from the salt water that will come as part of the process.
