- 2***r (1)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseAll works well, no scratches or rough marks, a couple of left over marks from removed stickers specifically under the arrow keys. Touch screen works well, fans aren't loud, only legitimate issue found was a slightly sticky touchpad (requires more than 2 clicks to do make it tap). Overall for a small work machine works well would recommend. P.S for buyers I recommend debloating the HP software after purchase as it bottle necks the cpu HEAVILY has nothing to do with the seller just a thought :)

Took a lot of time and research to update the windows software since it had a lot of updates to go through. Thanks to the You Tube video I was able to walk thru the updates one at a time otherwise trying to let the computer download them all at once will lock up the computer. Works great. Thanks!
