I also requested it be sent in a protected shipping box. I was assured of both but neither was delivered. The seller offered to refund but that is a eBay guarantee. Nothing on them. I had to print the return label and take to a UPS shipping store. All of this is terrible business and unacceptable. I will not deal with this seller again and definitely do not recommend. Buyers beware.
