    NOT!! a good experience. Seller sent the wrong model of shower panel. I sent several pictures to show what I received and that it didn't match what was advertised. They insisted that it was the correct shower panel. The responses I got back from the seller at times did not make sense maybe they are using AI, they need to stop that if so. Luckily Ebay made it right and I got a full refund.

    It was not a very good experience. I negotiated the price with the seller and paid for it, but while awaiting shipment, the seller got a higher offer and sold it to someone else. The rest was nothing but excuses. As a business person, before negotiating and selling a product, I will check the product's condition so there will be no excuses.
