Excellent small emergency radio. Good backup radio. Smaller than expected but radio is feature packed. I replaced factory battery with a better product. Speaker sound good for its size. Very soild quality radio
Great reception on both am and fm. The flashlight is very convenient. The build quality is great. I wish you could install AA batteries in addition to the rechargeable battery. Also receiver is so sensitive on am that using a typical USB block charger isn't possible with the radio on. Using the am radio outside, you must point the solar charger directly at the sun, or the charger will create noise on the radio.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

The battery is large enough that it takes hours to charge it with the hand-crank, but not really large enough to charge a phone. It only outputs half an amp, so it doesn't charge devices as fast as a wall charger. Flashlight is dim but adequate. Sound volume is adequate.
