    Phone did not work

    Phone was a Christmas gift. I tried to charge but display would show Starting but never Charging. I left like that for several hours hoping it would work. I turned phone on and updated software and was able to make a call. I went back to use it again after an hour but it was turned off? I turned it back on but it did the same thing. I emailed company about my issue and Justin told me it could be battery and they would send me one to test. It never came. I emailed them two more times but no response. Phone got misplaced here in the house so now we cannot find it. Tried to call it but I am sure it turned itself off. $90 dollars down the drain.

    Second DuraSV usage

    It is my second one. I brought it solely for charging my first DuraXV's batteries, not as a working phone. I've seen generic chargers but they all seemed to charge at a different voltage. This second DuraXV charges at the correct battery voltage of 3.7 volts and it was by far cheaper than the generic chargers I've seen. Also, when the battery is charged using the Kyocera charger rather than using my car's USB port the charge seems to last much longer even though it takes longer to charge. I have an extra battery so now I have no down time waiting for the battery to charge. I take out the discharged battery and put in a fully charged one and charge the discharged battery. Plus if my first phone is damaged I can program the second for use, I think.
