    Immediately hit the Negative button, buyer made no effort to contact us or allow us to correct the problem. We would have started the ebay return process and not only returned their money, but would have helped to provide another one as well. Although I'm very sorry this happened a notification was warranted instead of this. As of this date I still have no communication to resolve this.
