Best gloves for oily work.
These fit perfectly. They do not wick up pipe threading oil and they are loose enough to take off and put on easily. Fit like a second skin. The cloth is lightweight and cool, and lasts through several days of use. Washable, they dry very fast. I wear size 9-1/2 EE shoes, have a 3-1/2 inch wide palm, and weigh around 160 pounds. They fit my hands perfectly. The fingers end where mine do, and even the thumbs too. They grip oily wrenches securely.
Oils do not degrade the coating nor soak in. Oils can be wiped from the fingers and palm with a cotton rag hundreds of times without soaking into its surface. Can pick up small washers with ease, and deftly handle tiny screws and nuts.
Detractors include: Cement abrades the backs of the gloves quickly, so turning wrenches while in contact with cement makes holes right away. After a few days the coating begins to crack where it folds. They are cheap, so buy packs of a dozen to last two or three 40 hour weeks. They must be the red mechanics gloves to resist oil this way. The others won't do it.
