Instead of making it right (difference is $15) one is subject to the most horrific customer experience, where in each email response, the Bosch position is changed. An attitude of my way or high way. It is disappointing a firm like Bosch allows their staff to treat customers in this way noting that their product is good. Frankly shameful.

The product is very sturdy, made like a tank, in perfect condition sealed. You can beat the price from Bosch Home & Garden Tools Australia and their services. Everything looks good, came with a bit that I was not expecting with the actual kit. Very impressive! Really happy!
