After purchasing it (seemed a good value), they then solicited additional cartridge sales at the same price with less toner. When the item arrived, it was not only the wrong cartridge, but toner had spilled all over. When contacted, the seller refused to do anything and told me to contact eBay. They then did not respond to the request for refund, and eBay had to issue it.
