The communication with the seller was perfect, they showed a professional behavior but the only issue was that they allowed me to purchase an item with a delivery address of an USA territory, my mother was excited waiting for the gift to decorate the outside of her house and a few days after they cancelled the transaction/refunded me the money apologizing because they can't deliver items due to the destination zone. I understand that mistakes happen but they should specify the delivery areas
