    It was a tricky repair, but it works great!

    YouTube shows all the steps except the two most important... You need to snap off the two little pieces on each side of the seat heat controls, to get to two important screws. The rest is pretty straight forward and it can be a challenge. You will also need the two keys to remove the radio....remove it first and put it in last. BUT, having heat again in the car, in one of the coldest winters on record, for a 1/2 day of work, for under $40!!! Priceless!!! It works perfect.
