    Full featured alarm!

    Had this system completely installed for $150.00. Took the tech 2 hours and I was pleased. Also added two actuators (truck did not have power locks) and all function as if factory installed. Have not had a chance to see how far from the vehicle I can activate. I do like the remote with the screen that shows the status. It is just a little heavy for pocket carry, the smaller basic remote is the one that I carry. I guess that if going out of town, I can carry the larger remote for visual status updates.

    I am a former car audio installer for a retailer, Now and emergency vehicle electrical engineer. I have used Clifford alarms most of my life on my own vehicles and Avital is a product of Clifford. Their pricing is very good for all the features included and very reliable! Instructions are clear and easy for anyone with experience to understand! I can't comment on warranty because after installing likely well over 100+ Avital units I have never had a warranty claim!!!! IF installed correctly, there should never be problems! I highly recommend Avital 5303/5305L units!

    Great DEI remote starter like always!

    As a product from DEI it never fails. Very easy going installation. Only con for me would be the 2-way remote being a tad bit to big for my likings but it does a great job. You do of course have to press the buttons on the 2-way remote a little firmer. I believe the reason for that is so you don't accidentally press a unwanted operation. overall its a great product and great prices.

    Comparable to Viper!

    This alarm is great, very comparable to Viper as it is produced from the same makers of Directed. Basically does all of the functions Viper offers at a very affordable cost. Only thing I find different is the LCD remote is a bit bulky and heavier then the Viper one but with that being said it feels very sturdy and built with good quality! Would definitely buy again!
