Contacted the seller and they immediately resolved the issue by offering a refund or replacement for the correct item. I chose the replacement and it was received correctly.     The first one I ordered hadn’t moved in 5 days after printing the label. I contacted them & they were very quick to respond back & promised to check into it. Then I saw another shipping label printed & 2 days later that was in transit, however when I opened the box it was a black gate, not the white one i ordered after waiting all that time. I am not returning it just not worth the aggravation! Gate is quality! Good value for the money.
