    OFF TO GOODWILL

    This is not what I was looking for. I was looking for a book that was all inclusive on calories not constant brand names. For example calories in an apple - they just give a cup of apples sliced with and without skin. There are several different types of apples i.e., Granny Smith and McIntosh, who don't have the same number of calories. Not all the categories for beef or chicken that would be helpful. Will keep looking and this book will be donated.

    This edition is in paperback, not like the fourth edition (1997) so it is smaller (half the size) and harder to leaf through while making entries in a food log. Also, there are no entries for plant-based meats and chicken, requiring estimates for these foods.
