Communication was excellent. If there is one concern or nitpick, it would be packaging could have improved. It was a tight fit in a bubble envelope without any padding or protection. The hangtag was crushed and feels a bit loose like it might fall off. It is not a big deal but as a collector I would have been disappointed to find it broken off when opening the package.
