    item was not new but rather dirty and rubbed off sugar . missing 1 of 2 base bolts. had to open case to get seller to ship over a month. was shipped with nothing insulating item. item just loose in a big box. seller did not communicate. only after ebay got involved did anything happen. horrible experience, highly recommend stay away from this seller.
