The model was sheer perfection, the craftsmanship, the attention to detail, the care taken in packaging for shipment, and more importantly the constant & regular customer support and updates throughout the whole process (Maricris was brilliant !) , the UPS shipment plane was held up due to mechanical problems but Maricris stayed in constant touch with me to give me updates. So happy with my model I have ordered another one !
