I provided pictures (not good enough) , answered numerous messages (which were defensive) and ended up having to mail the mugs back ( why on a $20 sale?). I was told to return the mugs. I had to ask for a return label. Things just did not add up for a great experience and I really have to wonder what this seller was thinking. You have to return the item if you buy elsewhere(such as retail store). And there were only 4 msgs. 1 was apologizing for the inconvenience. Had to send 2 asking for Box photo
