They emailed before sending to make sure I understood possible import fees, levied by my country not them of course. They emailed to let me know when it was shipped. And as seems to be the case when ordering from Japan, the packaging looks like it could survive a tornado. Very impressed with this vendor, and will definitely seek them out when making future G-Shock orders. Thanks!
