        Was not as described. The #815 business phone was described at refurbished. It was not. The phone needed to be completely cleaned from dust and dirt. I placed 4 AA batteries and noticed the contacts were corroded. The phone had no power. No information lights were visible, even with the phone connected to the phone line. I an not returning it because it would cost me more to return than what I paid for it. I relied on the description of 'refurbished' , which it was not.
