The view from the mind of a talented mixer
This is a wonderful book for any aspiring mixer or anyone interested or curious about the process of how music is mixed. It is more a transmission of general underlying principles on how to think about a mix from a seasoned veteran than a step by step technical guide with specific practical applications. At times he speaks of specific songs he mixed while explaining a principle, so you can access those on the Internet to hear and thus understand more deeply the principle being explained.
