    Seller was ABOVE AND BEYOND gracious and immediately solved my problem. My refund was prompt and seller communicated immediately to solve the issue. My item arrived broken through no fault of seller....the package looked like postal service did NOT handle with care even though the items were wrapped and box was marked fragile. How disheartening that I couldn t get my package but the seller lost money on their item.

    Item was broken in the shipping process. It was packed well. As is noted in many of my other feedbacks on here. This was broken during transport. The buyer recieved a prompt refund. I am confused by the negative feedback in that the problem was resolved immediately as the buyer sent me a message. I hope you as the viewer will review other feedback items in making your judgement. I am proud of my work here on Ebay and strive to do an amazing job with each purchase. I had not control over USPS.
