It might be useful to buy the extension bracket so you are less likely to knock it off when hopping on the bike. The android app seems to work - I have only done 1 ride so far with it and the data transferred over. I still have to try to do a transfer to Strava and also work out how to create a GPX file from it - it might need a 3rd party app. It is a ride recorder GPS so no routing.
