As a customer, the seller should make it convenient for returns and/or exchanges, or ship the correct product advertised. This specific product For R172 SLK250 12-19 Custom Made, may not be carried, perhaps not exist as an incorrect sunshade was sent and an incorrect size offered as replacement. Partial refund was offered, but declined as I want the product as advertised. Quality is good though. Good luck.
